Groundwork
Our installation teams are experienced with all types of groundwork necessary to build reliable solid sub layers using different grades of crushed stone. We generaly use a Baron E120 litre forced action mixer to fully mix the rubber crumb or EPDM and resin. We then use steel rollers to ensure a consistent level. Diggers, dumper trucks and skips are hired as and when required.
Our experience ensures we know all the methods and potential pitfalls for working with any type of ground including drainage and roots implications. We also can provide risk assessments and methods statements on request before commencing any work. Simply provide us with the dimensions and details of what you require and we can provide you with a quote.
Inspections, Maintenance and Repairs
MonsterMulch offer annual inspections to ensure your playground equipment maintains the correct level of safety. Our playground inspection engineers are fully accredited to the register of play inspectors. Inspectors will check all equipment providing a written report informing you of any equipment that isn’t compliant and in need of necessary maintenance.
