All deliveries are usually within 3-5 working days but may be subject to stock and transportation. The preferred delivery date cannot be guarenteed.
A dispatch note email will inform you of the hauliers planned delivery date. The goods can arrive anytime during the day up to 5.30pm, occassionaly it may be the following day.
Neither MonsterMulch nor the hauliers can be liable for costs incurred to any late delivery.
For next day or timed delivery please enquire.
Any additional delivery information and preferrably a mobile number should be included with order.
The hauliers will try to contact you if you are not at the site to recieve it. You can at that time give instructions to leave goods without being signed for.
The delivery driver can at their discretion decide whether they have save access to make any delivery. Any re-deliveries will occur a re-delivery charge.
Should there be an error in the delivery address this too will incur a re-delivery charge.
Goods are delivered on pallets by a national independent carrier. MonsterMulch cannot be held liable for any customer or third party costs that are incurred due to late deliveries.
Goods are lowered off the wagon using a tail lift at the rear of the vehicle.
A pump truck (4 wheeled metal jack) will be placed under the goods and then manually wheeled from the delivery vehicle as close to your property as possible.
The pump truck can only run on a firm level surface such as concrete or tarmac. It cannot move on gravel, slopes or grass.
If access allows, the driver will place the goods on your driveway which must be flat and solid, not gravel.
A kerbside delivery can be made with customer present to sign for receipt of goods.
The reciever of the pallets must ensure the goods on the pallets are positioned safely before accepting and signing for them.
Goods may be returned withing 7 days. However a 25% re-stocking fee will apply and return delivery cost incurred.
Goods will only be despatched once checks or e-checks have cleared unless agreed with MonsterMulch.
All products shall be at the customers risk from time of delivery to the location agreed.
Our rubber is suitable for a number of applications. It is the responsibility of the customer to carry out their own tests to ensure the different grades of rubber meets with their application purpose.
If we supply binder, it comes direct from the manufacturer and we take no responsibility for the way it is used. It is the customers responsibility to follow the manufacturer's guidence.
The company requires any complaint to be made in writing by the customer withing 14 days. If the customer is dissatisfied with the product then it must be returned within 14 days of the complaint being logged in the standard to which it has been delivered. A refund will then be made for the original purchase price. Should it be deemed that the product is satisfactory we reserve the right to charge for the cost of return.
We cannot guarentee that appearance and/or colours of products shown on this website are an exact replica in the appearance and/or colours of the physical products themselves.
We recommend you request samples before placing any orders if you are in any doubt what colour you require. Slight variations in our colours may occur from batch to batch and photographs featured on our website should only be used as a guide. Free samples are available on request or purchased from this website.
Please note if you haven't asked for samples before placing an order we won't accept "item not as described" as a reason for refund.
We take no responsibly for any bonded material once the rubber has been laid, or for any defects in any finished surface, as we have no control over the intended use, the percentage of binder, climate conditions, method of application or any other components with which the goods are mixed with.
All products (however delivered) shall be at the customer's risk from the time of collection (if so collected) or from the time of delivery. After such time MonsterMulch, shall be under no liability for loss or damage or deterioration of the product from whatever cause arising.
Any dates quoted for delivery of the goods and/or the commencement and completion of the services are approximate only, and the time of delivery is not of the esssence. In any event, MonsterMulch shall not be liable for any failure to deliver caused by a Force Majeure Event or customer's failure to provide adequate delivery instructions.
Respray of Rubber Mulch requires best endevours by both parties to mask up and minimise risk of paint missing target such as from a gust of wind. MonsterMulch can not be held liable for elements of paint that may go astray.
